Rylee’s father wants to remember the man who almost killed him, and to understand why his wife drove them off the bridge. Rylee just wants to forget it and repair the relationship.
Two months after the deaths of her mother and brother, Rylee is forced to address her grief. When it brings down her barn hideaway in a sea of flame, she learns that her saviors knew her mother. From the mysterious boy, Drake Sullivan, and his sister, Mara, Rylee and her father learn that Rylee is a witch, and with her lineage and an heirloom locket, she can unlock something no one else can. But if she can’t unlock it in the few weeks time she has, the Fable world will be destroyed.
Deceit and faith battle for Rylee's loyalty in her journey to discovering the truth behind her mother's death, her family's hunter, and her destiny. Only by finding the magic buried behind a spell can Rylee save those she loves and uncover the true enemies in her life.

Tell me a little about yourself. Where do you live, family, hobbies?
I live in Nashville with her husband, five dogs, and two birds. If I’m not spending time with
her fur babies, family or writing, she can be found with either a book or game controller in
her hands.
What got you into writing?
I was working at a job where I had a lot of free time and thought about writing
something.
What’s the main thing you love and hate about writing?
I love writing the emotional scene of characters and what they are going through and
their background stories. I would have to say my least favorite thing to write would be,
character arcs and descriptions.
How do you select the names of your characters?
It’s kind of what comes to my mind first something related to a video game and or
Disney movie character. Fun fact: My character Mara was named after Maleficent from
Sleeping Beauty.
What is next on your list to write/publish?
Draft one of Book 2 for my Fable Savior Trilogy is written. So right now, I am working on
another project. A steamy dark fantasy romance. A Vampire Werewolf, enemies to
lovers.
What is your favorite childhood book?
Doll People.
Who is your favorite author, and why?
Sarah J. Maas. The way she writes is captivating, and I admire how
she can write a scene.
Who encouraged you the most to write?
The biggest one was Stephanie Myer. Her story just made me fall in love with the characters. It was real and raw. More emotional than just attraction.
Are you as avid a reader as a writer?
Both.
What’s your favorite genre?
All types of fantasy other than sci-fi.
Do you listen to music when you write? If so, what type? Or can’t you stand
background noise when writing?
I like listening to thunderstorms.
What is your writing Kryptonite?
Character Arcs and descriptions.
Tell me a secret that none of your fans know! Do you like to cook or perhaps only
wear a certain color sock!
I like to wait for a season to end and then watch it.
How many unpublished and half-finished books do you have?
I don’t have any.
What is your motto in life?
Live life, don’t let it live you.
Does your family support your career as a writer?
Yes
Finally, any words of advice?
Study as much as you can about writing. I watched so many YouTube videos on character arcs and so forth and have over a dozen self-help books.
